Pulse is a multifunctional building that houses 219 apartments and around 4.000 m² of office space. It consists of two distinctive, differently shaped towers that are connected by a public plinth accommodating retail, restaurants and a new museum for contemporary art.
The energy-positive building in the heart of the rapidly developing Amsterdam Noord district is located right next to the North/South line terminus metro station and a bus station, connecting it effortlessly to the rest of the city and regional transport - while its mix of functions makes it a lively and safe environment all hours of the day and night.
