The Circus explores the possibilities for creating new transit hubs in the areas that are often overlooked when it comes to smart mobility: the parts of the city that lie between the centre and the ring road. By using existing infrastructure a new type of hub is created, one that not just supports smart mobility and organizes traffic flows to and from the centre, but also functions as a pivotal place where people flock together – to have a cup of coffee, meet, work, charge their e-bikes or plan their journey.
